Welcome to a new Junior Car Designer tutorial. We’ll learn how to draw a monster truck.
Now draw a rectangle shape just above the wheels. This is the body of the monster truck. Monster trucks have very high ground clearance, almost 10 feet or three meters sometimes.
The next step is to draw a very small cabin. It’s not actually that small but it looks that way because the rest of the truck is so big.
Draw the door, the windshield and the side window.
The door is basically useless because the window is big enough for the driver to get in and out. But they don’t use the window either, they actually use the underside of the truck to get in it. How about that!
The next step is to draw the Hood scoop for the gigantic engine inside. Then, draw the wheel arches and a roll bar behind the cabin.
The following steps are kinda busy so pay attention. Draw the headlights and door handle. When you’re done put some shocks inside the wheel arches and draw the center tubular structure of the suspension in an X shape. Finally, draw the rest of the suspension elements of each wheel.
The final step is to draw the rims and a rugged-looking tire thread. A monster truck would look really weird with a slick tire.
I hope you really like this tutorial. See you next time.
